Ecohouse - Insulation - Upstairs/room in loft

Summary - - 75mm Kingspan between the roof rafters, with 50mm Kingspan across the rafters.
Removing the plasterboard and starting to fit the insulation.

 
Fitting 75mm insulation between the joists

Then 50mm over the joists with all joints taped.

Finally, plasterboard over the insulation and reskim, before painting.
