From 2005 to 2010, we spent around £10,000 on the following insulation measures:
Blown cavity wall insulation was installed through a utility company scheme.
However, the installation was poor and in subsequent work many insulation voids were found in the cavity – causing cold areas inside.
Where found these were then rectified
